I have refresh quality server with production serevr , database started , but plroblem shows in sm21

database working properly but when i goes to recover commond show the error
SQL> conn /as sysdba
Connected.
SQL> shutdown immediate
Database closed.
Database dismounted.
ORACLE instance shut down.
SQL> startup
ORACLE instance started.

SQL> recover
ORA-00283: recovery session canceled due to errors
ORA-01124: cannot recover data file 1 - file is in use or recovery
ORA-01110: data file 1: 'I:\ORACLE\QAS\SAPDATA1\SYSTEM_1\SYSTEM.DATA1'
please advise how can we resolve this problem
